This blogpost does not aim to fully explore the various legal aspects of AI, but rather wishes to focus on one narrow intersection: namely, the one between generative AI tools and competition law. We’ll look at – or rather ask some initial questions – how each main area of competition law could be relevant to the business conduct of ChatGPT and similar generative AI tools.
