For a fashion company, data are crucial to build and maintain valuable relationships with its own clients and the CRM systems allow their gathering, organization and elaboration. During the seminar and just a few days away from the new EU Privacy Regulation, Giulio Coraggio, Giulia Zappaterra and Elisa Rosati will illustrate the challenges and the main issues encountered in adapting the CRM systems to the GDPR in the fashion industry and will suggest how to handle them at best.
Afterwards, a short debate will follow.
