will come into effect on 4 October 2023.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>We have summarised the relevant fee changes below.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Visa fee website.<\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>We are also anticipating a change to the current Immigration Health Surcharge fee but there has been no official published guidance on how much the fee could be increased to nor when this fee rise will take effect.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Please note at present, we understand there are no proposed changes to the Immigration Skills Charge.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Impact for businesses<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The above new rates will apply to visa applications submitted <strong><u>on or after 4 October 2023<\/u><\/strong>.\u00a0Whilst these fee increases are not particularly substantial, in view of the wider payable government fees it may be prudent for employers to consider bringing forward any new
