Only one practical element was missing: the forms through which EEA companies may submit their applications for online sports betting licenses. With the start of the new year, the necessary forms have appeared on the SARA\u2019s website.<\/p><p>First, as EEA applicants outside from Hungary should appoint a representative who will submit the application to the SARA and make statements on behalf of them, the SARA has made the respective <a href=\"https:\/\/eur05.safelinks.protection.outlook.com\/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fsztfh.hu%2Fugyintezes%2Fnyomtatvanyok-es-urlapok%2Fsztfh150%2F&amp;data=05%7C01%7CKrisztian.Sebok%40dlapiper.com%7C8e8c9f8f854344f9046508daecd52883%7Ce855e7acc54640d299f7a100522010f9%7C1%7C0%7C638082697497079438%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&amp;sdata=Z27MUGenCFmJ9ifpf19zBE3fo6c%2FeQjHC2yhqVU%2BclE%3D&amp;reserved=0\">form available<\/a>. This may be submitted from the personal \u201c\u00dcgyf\u00e9lkapu\u201d (official electronic portal of Hungarian citizens) of the representative. The SARA should take a decision on the registration in 75 days.<\/p><p>Second, (in case of non-Hungarian EEA companies, after the representative is registered) applicants should also use the form named <a href=\"https:\/\/eur05.safelinks.protection.outlook.com\/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fsztfh.hu%2Fugyintezes%2Fnyomtatvanyok-es-urlapok%2Fsztfh151%2F&amp;data=05%7C01%7CKrisztian.Sebok%40dlapiper.com%7C8e8c9f8f854344f9046508daecd52883%7Ce855e7acc54640d299f7a100522010f9%7C1%7C0%7C638082697497079438%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&amp;sdata=2lIYLauZzAjHiQrOevNOl%2B6VXD8Kyoqttgt1EQMcAZo%3D&amp;reserved=0\">\u2018Application for the licensing of remote gambling\u2019<\/a>, to which several documents must be attached (e.g. game plan, terms of participation, budget, AML-related documents, audit certificate of IT systems). With the submission, applicants shall pay an administrative service fee of HUF 10 million (~EUR 25,000). The SARA should take a decision on the licensing application within 120 days.
