19 July 2022, the amending act (Act XIX of 2022 amending certain Acts regarding economic regulatory matters) is now officially published in the Hungarian Gazette.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-54c0119 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"54c0119\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column href=\"https:\/\/blogs.dlapiper.com\/advocatus\/2022\/07\/next-week-the-parliament-is-to-vote-on-the-liberalization-of-online-sport-betting-and-on-new-sanctions-on-psps-servicing-unlicensed-operators\/\">last known draft<\/a> (e.g. clarifications regarding payment service providers) the amended provisions of the Gambling Act will enter into force on 1 January 2023, while the amendments to the Concessions Act will enter into force on 1 August 2022.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-eab0289 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"eab0289\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column Authority of Regulatory Affairs (SARA) is not known yet (this is not to be adopted by the Parliament), in that regard only the <a href=\"https:\/\/eur05.safelinks.protection.outlook.com\/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fec.europa.eu%2Fgrowth%2Ftools-databases%2Ftris%2Fen%2Fsearch%2F%3Ftrisaction%3Dsearch.detail%26year%3D2022%26num%3D67&amp;data=05%7C01%7CKrisztian.Sebok%40dlapiper.com%7C7a351b88ee1a48870a4108da6e50800a%7Ce855e7acc54640d299f7a100522010f9%7C1%7C0%7C637943589258603614%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&amp;sdata=TOAPLUF4q3bjlT9ORV2Rx%2FF4yZmIh2lQXQKn8yf8a1U%3D&amp;reserved=0\">draft that the legislator submitted in the TRIS proceedings<\/a>, is known to the public. The two pieces of legislation together will regulate the new online sports betting market of
