New cybercrime law provisions in force in The Netherlands today

Today, 1st July 2015, new provisions regarding the combating of cyber crime in the Dutch Penal Code (DPC) came into force. The new law is the implementation of EU Directive 2013/40/EU, about cyber attacks and is to replace Framework Decision 2005/222/JBZ of the European Council.
